Do I have to pay taxes on my purchases?
Purchases with final shipping destinations are Virginia or Delaware; the respective sales tax will be applied. The buyer is responsible for sales tax.
How does shipping work? Who is responsible for payment?
All shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. The Agora Culture works with shipping experts who understand the distinctions that comes with shipping fine art. Our shipping solutions include specialize packing and door-to-door delivery of your pieces.
Does The Agora Culture ship works internationally?
At this time The Agora Culture is not processing international sales, but is considering this service in the future. Check back with us soon.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. If in the rare chance there is damage to your artwork contact our returns team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours receipt. Please include a picture of the damage.
After I purchase my art who is responsible for the insurance?
The Agora Culture insures each artwork during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Is the site secure?
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure The Agora Culture uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the Internet.
